National Wear Red Day

Remember today is National Wear Red Day, and to wear red to show your support for the American Heart Association.

My son has Jump Rope For Heart at his school today, he raised $35 which will go toward the American Heart Association.  He was happy with his amount and understood that it was for a good cause and that we need to be active to keep our hearts healthy.
